Utility Billing New Office and Hours Oct. 4
The Utility Billing Office will be closed to the public from Sept. 27 to Oct. 1 and reopen in a new location in front of the Osage Centre with new hours Oct. 4. Phone and online services will remain available during the move.
As a One Cape e-news reader, we hope you already take advantage of our convenient billing and payment options for your water, sewer, and trash service:
- Free, automatic payment from your checking/savings account. Mail-in your form now! Online registration and credit card autopay coming soon!
- E-bills (emailed bills) Sign-up for free and never miss a bill again due to delayed postal service.
- Phone or online payment via cityofcape.org/paynow ($1-3 fee applies)
- Free EFT bill-pay through your banking provider (see your bank for details)
- Dropbox at the current City Hall closed as of Oct. 1
(Osage dropbox opens Oct. 4)
But you are also welcome to call or visit our office to pay your bills and resolve any questions. The last day to visit us at City Hall will be Friday, Sept. 24.
Our phone number will stay the same, but our mailing address, physical address, and hours of operation will change.

- CURRENT HOURS - Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- NEW HOURS AS OF OCT. 4 - Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
In addition, online transactions will be down for three hours due to scheduled maintenance activity from Weds., Sept. 1 at 9 p.m. to at least midnight
