In an effort to reduce costs and increase efficiencies, we are moving toward a completely digital plan review and permit process. We have made the following improvements to our processes:
* Accepting digital plans for review for all types of development;
* Accepting online payments for permits and plan review;
* Issuing permits online, including capturing digital signatures through Docusign.
The plan review portal link is https://capegirardeau-mo-us.avolvecloud.com/ProjectDox/. Please contact the Community Development Department to set up an account for digital plan review, and review the resources on this page including the User Guide and FAQs.
To start the digital plan review process, email the appropriate permit application to [email protected]. Please do not email the plans; you will receive an email to upload them to the plan review software.
