Here are some of the ways to earn points for your Wellness Book that relate to your overall wellbeing:
1. Attending monthly wellness workshops
(15 points/event)
2. Receiving your CPR certification
(Must be current for the entire year; 15 points/year)
3. Not using tobacco or have quit using tobacco products for at least 6 months
(15 points)
4. Volunteering at an event of your choice for at least 3 hours/year
(15 points)
