Fireworks Safety & Regulations

We continue to monitor weather conditions and remain hopeful for more rain. Visit cityofcape.org/fire to see if any day is a "Ok to burn or not Ok to burn". Citizens are highly encouraged to use extreme caution while using fireworks. We recommend using fireworks in an open area away from structures, having a bucket of water nearby, and to "wet down" discarded fireworks. Remember to call 911 if you see a fire. Visit cityofcape.org/fireworks for more safety information.
