Adult Hapkido by Lee H. Park Hapkido (Ages 16+)
Hapkido training is a traditional martial art for all ages, gender and fitness levels. Participants will learn kicking, punching, escapes, throwing and locks. Exercise and conditioning are focuses of this class. All classes are taught at Lee H. Park Hapkido (1131 N. Kingshighway Suite 2K). Maximum enrollment of 15.
