Indoor Spring NFL Youth Flag Football

Grades 1st-4th
The Cape Girardeau Parks & Recreation Department will be offering an indoor spring youth flag football league for 1st-4th graders in April and May. SMASH Volleyball

3rd - 6th Graders
This league is for boys and girls in 3rd - 6th grade. Practices will be held on Thursdays beginning late March and games will be on Friday nights starting in late March or early April at the Cape Girardeau SportsPlex. A SMASH Select division is offered for 5th - 6th grade team.  Practices for the select division are set by the coaches.  For more information, contact us at [email protected].

Boys Basketball Summer League

Grades 7-12
The boys summer basketball league is designed for teams in grades 7-12 to get experience during the summer off season. Junior high, freshmen/JV, and varsity divisions will be offered. High school division will play on Tuesday nights, and the junior high division will play on Wednesdays. All games will be played at the Cape Girardeau SportsPlex. This league is team entry only. Grades K-6th
This Jr. NBA affiliated basketball league is for boys and girls in Kindergarten through 6th grade. Jr. NBA is individual sign ups only and participants will receive an NBA replica jersey.
