The City of Cape Girardeau Parks & Recreation Department offers a variety of athletic opportunities for all ages. Leagues are available for adults and youth in basketball, football, baseball, softball, fastpitch, soccer and volleyball. The Osage Centre, Shawnee Park Center, Shawnee Park Sports Complex, A. C. Brase Arena, Arena Park Sports Complex, Jaycees Municipal Golf Course, and Cape Girardeau SportsPlex are home to many leagues throughout the year.
