Hotel Clerks Arouse Guests Trapped in Buildings
The total loss from the fire that swept Broadway, Main and Water Streets yesterday morning totaled $213,500, as accurately as the figures could be obtained yesterday afternoon and last night. Insurance covered barely half the total losses.
