Fire Station 3 opened in 2008 and serves the northeast quadrant of the city. Along with the many different residential neighborhoods in the response area, Station 3 is first-due to much of the Southeast Missouri State University campus, Isle Casino Cape Girardeau, and the Mississippi River.

Engine 3
Engine 3 is a 2017 Rosenbauer Commander Triple-Combination Pumper, 1500 GPM Waterous Pump and 750-gallon water tank powered by a Cummins ISL 450 Diesel Engine with GreenStar Technology. This apparatus is staffed by three, cross-trained personnel and is equipped to respond to a variety of fire, rescue, and medical incidents.
Engine 5
Engine 5 is a 2006 E-One pumper, 1,500 GPM pump with 750 gallons of water, powered by a 400 HP Cummins Engine. Engine 5 is a non-staffed reserve engine.


Brush 3
Brush 3 is a 1988 Ford F-350 4x4 brush truck. This vehicle is equipped with a 250-GPM fire pump and a 200-gallon water tank.

Region E Communication Vehicle Command Unit 7100 is a 2008 Chevrolet Suburban 4x4 LT 3/4 Ton. This vehicle enables us to get close to the incident. This Region E Communication Vehicle Command Unit is designed to be a first-response vehicle with a communications package, allowing interoperability between emergency frequencies from different response groups within a community.
