The Comprehensive Plan Oversight Committee is an ad hoc (as needed) committee responsible for overseeing the development of the City's comprehensive plan. The Committee consists of representatives of the City Council, the Planning and Zoning Commission, Old Town Cape, the Greater Cape Girardeau Area Chamber of Commerce/MAGNET, and City Staff.
